It's up to EMH to come up with some regular positive announcements which will raise the SP price. If the SP price is around $1.00-$1.40 at the time of the DFS release at least you know that CEZ can't offer anything less than that. If the price is artificially suppressed then you will know that KC is also part of that suppression. EMH just needs a couple of serious announcements such as an offtake agreement to go back to the levels mentioned above. We've been hearing about it for the past four years.
