zip/afterpay shamelessly issued notices to any new partnerships/ expansion ect back in the day. ASX eventually cracked dont to stop using price sensitive anns as promotional of the company, but that was only with positive anns,
negative anns were always avoided for as long as possible, ie uk closing, ie active customers were actually all customers signed up,, even if not used for over 12 months
