when fees get increased rapidly of course revenues go up, customers stuck in debt have no choice but to contribute to that, (imagine a company doing that to their customers less than 2 weeks before xmas) but eventually customers wise pay out their accounts and leave the service. as evidenced by the net 300,000 drop in active customers last Q
i do wonder how many actually gave up on zip, surely must be more than 300,000K.... lol
