You're a lucky man nakervirus if you have healthy buffer, I suspect there are many who really need to get their money back. In respect of Google 'partnership' - they get to hang their shingle out on the Google website for undisclosed fees.That is not worthy of being notified to the market because if any revenue comes from it, it's unquantifiable. ZIP products such as Pay or Plus are entirely commercial and the ASX has repeatedly warned it is not running a promotions and advertising service. In the case of the cost of finance, if details are known, it is quantifiable and known, and something which could be expected to have a material impact on the SP - therefore eminently notifiable, unlike the other, aforementioned matters. I'm sorry to say again, I think you're going too easy on them.
I reckon you could spell out how ZIPs SP is undervalued, I do not agree, although would be interested to know how
