These posts give some encouragement that the technology is real and has been confirmed by external sources. The time taken to get to ANY commercial outcome is astounding and with so much good technology around if it’s not well managed it can be superseded because developers don’t standstill.
A capital raise seems inevitable, at what price who knows and given market capitalisation not much will be raised with yet again another significant dilution of existing holders.
I sold out after holding for many years because of the relentless dilution including by Directors and Executives issuing of large chunks of equity to themselves in the form of free options on an almost annual basis at ever lower strike prices.
Tempted at these prices to come back in to be able to participate in what will be a bargain basement rights issue or spp but no confidence in the Board and Management after so long and so many promises to be able to deliver?? Why wouldn’t Mercedes just buy the company at this market capitalisation?? Price after a capital raise could be 2.5 cents and no doubt the Directors will want to issue themselves some more cheap options as well to ensure no matter what THEY are in the money!!!
Difficult needs a new Board and Executive team that will and can focus on finding and executing a significant battery commercial event before the technology is superseded.
mmmm race 5 or ADO both punts at this stage!!!
