Phase III Trials are pretty much exactly what BIT has already done....

Phase III generally have 300 to 3000 people,
And compares new drugs to existing drugs.

BIT has already been tested on around 300 people,
With the comparison having been made between those on ART alone,
And those taking ART + BIT 225.
Do to the severity / mortality of HIV it is difficult to take people of ART to do a BIT only study.
Ethically would be a difficult one.

BIT itself has shown what it can do in the Trials,
And really a Trial with 300 people would not cost that much to complete....
