We all hope that the final results will reveal something special - even if the prelim results were somewhat neutral.
However, you raise a point worthy of some thought.
If the results are not earth shaking, then BIT will need to go down another route - maybe an ant-viral that has multiple uses.
Otherwise, it is difficult to see what BIT would represent. Would they continue to delve into more research into HIV? Would be difficult for investors if the prospect of that maybe taking 5 years to be comfortable putting funds into the company.
The reality is that BIT has a fairly narrow research field to play with.
We all hope that the final results will reveal something special...
