But after the merger, there will be a 'share consolidation'.
Assuming merged RED SP 50c, then 1 for 2 = $1 ... but still 3 billion shares !!
1 for 6 would reduce shares on issue to 1 billion, 1 for 10 would achieve 600m shares on issue at $5/share .... much more respectable for a mid tier.
