The results seem excellent to me
Let’s not forget this is just the first of it and these RC returns are little more than scraping the first few metres of rock under the cover and grabbing a sample of the close topsoil along the way. It’s simply getting a handle on what’s happening at ground level under the overburden.
The fact they’ve hit anything at all let alone .6g/t Au and 2%Cu is amazing but throw in Ag As Bi Mo Pb Sb Te W and Zn in the top 5-10 mtres of rock might just be astonishing.
This Au/Cu hit seems to be just West of the where the O-2 target breakout structure originates off the CRSZ. How significant this is remains to be seen because I sure as heck don’t know.Worth noting Brett Davis heading to Matador tenements to kick off the Northern summer of on-site activities and further to that there's planned to be considerable effort put into critical data interpretations for drill targets with MZZ and B2Gold geos and Brett leading the proceedings. There’s little doubt they smell something worthwhile and with Sam doing a tremendous job putting it all together I don’t want to be anywhere else.
