Possibly... but there has been many other beneficial factors (such as a lack of supply, and record high bauxite prices) over the past decade ... all to little or no avail.
Perhaps this makes us slightly more attractive as a takeover target, but for now looks like their focus is mainly on REE for the foreseeable future.
