I can't find any evidence to support the idea that the logarithm doesn't apply. Nor can I find any evidence to support the idea that the hydrological cycle is sensitised to increased [CO2]. But you seem to be sure that it is, which is why I'm asking. There's a burden of proof and it weighs against you, not me...
