Zeus Resources Limited (ASX: ZEU) – Continued Suspension from Quotation
The securities of Zeus Resources Limited (‘ZEU’) were suspended from quotation under Listing Rule 17.3, following a failure to respond to ASX queries regarding ZEU’s compliance with section 201A(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
On 4 April 2024, ZEU lodged an announcement disclosing the resignation of a non-executive director. As a result, ZEU’s securities will remain suspended from quotation under Listing Rule 17.3, pending ZEU’s appointment of sufficient directors to comply with section 201A(2) of the Corporations Act (Cth).
