Hmm holding the AGM on November 23rd would mean that I couldn’t attend, because I would only return I would return from our India trip on Nov 24 around 14:45.

Anyway the date hasn’t been announced yet or has it?
Other wise I will have to vote by proxy or simply leave it to Tim G to do it on my behalf.
BTW having read some of the accusations against big Tim G and other directors, I hope someone will design an apology letter/speech to them! From my point of view the BOD has and still is doing the correct things to benefit all SH, which is buying time and getting us closer to production. On the way there the expected DSO announcement will probably do its own little thing to the SP influencing the independent report on the offer being fair or not!
