medications aren't free..... I don't know where you've got this idea.
chronic medical problems, such as hypertension, depression, diabetes, gastric problems etc., require medications to be taken as there remains no cure for such conditions. perhaps you're referring to antipsychotic medications.
of course pharmaceutic companies sponsor a lot of conferences and hand out little pressies, eg, pens etc, to remind doctors of the new medications name. "kick backs" are a term for bribery corruption. there will always be some who seek financial gain. but this is not doctors in general.
I accept that you have a deep hatred of medications. but don't let it take you over the edge in the abyss of insanity.
