While it is exciting for PAA to have such a path forward without much competition, the results over 12 patients wasn’t what the market would call statistical significance. The margin for error was a little too large.
Interim P2 results, at <0.05 over a much larger population is a much larger hurdle. However, I agree with you I think there’s a high probability of it translating, to at least be first in class and be enough for the FDA.
