considering book value is $10.80 i think $7 is a decent entry point even if NTA drops to $9, i think another two 0.25% rate rises and thats it, sure DXS could fall back to $6.50, like we all know the only time you can buy a stock cheaply is when the sector is under pressure, like now, so i think now is a great time to accumulate because when they cut rates this will be back to $8.50 easily and buying at $7 will seem like a gift, just like the only time to buy commodity stocks on the cheap is when commodity prices are low, when no one likes them, the only time to buy reits cheaply is when rates are high, like now, when no one wants reits.....
when everyone loves a sector, you cant buy that stock cheap any more, you can only buy it cheap when that sector is out of fashion, like reits are now....
