The raise adds significant net asset value. Droneshield has offered current holders at least some reprieve considering we are also able to purchase a potentially significant amount over those on the sidelines, at a great price.
Again, the net asset value has increased significantly and post raise the Company will quickly revalue itself accordingly. Big fish are looking at a steal now, circa 150 mil cash at bank, even a billion dollar buyout would only set them back 850 mil.
