Your observation about operation time is reasonable, bearing in mind that we are talking about trigger-down time, not standby time. So two hours might get you through a day. But recharging the thing in the field might be a challenge.

I think that one of the key differences between Droneshield's and D13's technologies is that D13 went down the pathway of confusing target drones using protocol-based attacks, while Droneshield just picked up the radio equivalent of the sledgehammer. Each technology has its trade-offs - D13 could be used to target an individual drone while Droneshield just clobbers everything it's pointed at - but the one thing you have to understand is that Droneshield's technology is absolutely proven in action, both in demonstration and in the field. It works against all radio-controlled drones. It is effective at ranges beyond where the unaided eye can discern the target.
