indeed, i was wondering the same thing. The previous 1:5 rights issue in Nov '19 allowed us to subscribe for any shortfall shares, which I did and was awarded them, but not this rights issue. I would have been quite keen to add a few more at 8c/share to round up my holdings to a nice even number. Now I'll have to buy them on the market at 10c/share.
