Why don’t we all admit that we chose a LOOSER of a stock. It is what it is. When the SP was trading at 14 c and rising last year I thought we had finally turned the corner. Only to find out that they chose to do a CR at such a Heavily discounted SP.
That absolute disgrace of a CEO then destroys our SP whilst Uranium price is hitting $106/lb. Raises at 7.5 c. wtf. Fatal mistake 1.

Then he has the Gaul to reject approx $40m of funds and says publicly that they will raise the remaining funds via debt and tap into the American special minerals facility or use the funds from the Options conventions. Mistake 2.

Now he decides a to backflip and raise the total amount at a pissy 10c. Mistake 3. Why not wait until SP is at 20c.

You can see that whilst other uranium companies were making new highs PENs sp was going nowhere. Now we know why.

If the Managing director really cares about the company and its shareholders then he has to do the honorable thing and RESIGn asap. Fall on your sword and admit you miscalculated the market and screwed up big time. It is untenable for him to remain in his position.

I believe the day they replace him is the day the Stock may break its heavy shackles and find its true foundations and shoot upwards.
