So does anyone know how this $185M "approved conditional loan" differs from the $185m conditional loan that was given 26 months ago??
So we were given "major project status" on 15 sept 2021 which in essence gives us fast track approvals.
So 26 months for the EFA to do due diligence on a project that has Major Project Status!!!! And it's still not completed!!
Something is not adding on this still CONDITIONAL loan facility!!
The conditions precedent are very wishy washy at best!
"RNU and EFA will now work towards completion of due diligence and long form documentation".
So does anyone know how this $185M "approved conditional loan"...
