this mob I suspect can afford their losses and more than most shareholders/investors would have been aware of the risk they took and calculated how much they could afford to gamble on this ... perhaps one of these investors to save their investment $$$ might be Layton's potential funders / rescuers - they better act fast if they want to salvage anything at all here - even if there is a possible financial lifeline the ASC compliance requirements are onerous and it won't be fast to get this all intact and approved, the lawyers will be working overtime ...mission impossible?
