Where did anyone previously read that the cost case was preventing product launches? They never mentioned that before when they continuously promised new product launches that just kept getting kicked down the line without any reason given... Now they blame it on the court case. Nothing has changed with this company. Dishonesty and hope is their way of pumping price rather than solid results. They made the same promises every year - "Improved growth" and we have not seen it once... Well we did but it was based on lies and deception as the Court has affirmed.
