One thing is for sure, the Courts will let this trade at the payment structure agreed and all the money will still be going out the back door and that alone makes me puke.....

With another $2m to find for another court case brought and succeeded against HCT the light looks very dim indeed, no wonder the Dr wanted to siffen off as much as he could and push the court issues out as much as he did before being forced to close up..

They will be coming up with something magical to fund money out or they simply will not re-open..
