Hi WAG,
If we mere LTSH believe that management is truthful and we’re so close that SI’s have oversubscribed then without the options the SP should have held up but the options may actually throw a curveball to the SP on opening and they dump some heads to pick up more, if you believe we’re close it’ll be an opportunity to top up and prevent dilution to your portfolio.
