But they will likely run a loss of about $1.5m again for Q4. Which means they will be very close to depleting all of their cash reserves, so a CR seems to be the only way will remain solvent at this stage!

And now their is conveniently a trading halt for 2 weeks so the company can asses it's capital position?! Not looking good!!
