NO,, Big Pharma set the rules ,,, great idea but BP have one concern "Profit to keep SH happy" and to keep their Jobs ..

Many Buy Outs are completed in the BP shares ,, Aratana example , $245m for the K9 Lymphoma Treatment , everyone paid in Elanco Shares

If you want to stay attached to the Technology then keep your BP shares or buy them with your big fat wad from selling PAA
