The best thing for companies to do is simply not put time frames down. These delays happen all the time as there is so many moving parts. But then people complain for not enough info. Most companies are on a hiding to nothing when it comes to this.
For me - sure has taken longer than what I wanted but they are drilling now and that's all that matters at this point.
