Yes Samuel Terry Asset Management (STAM) are very good investors. I hold Fred, Nigel & Mitch in high regard.
It's not a huge surprise they are on the KAR register. STAM has been an investor in Karoon for a longtime ie prior to the Bauna asset purchases, when it was a cash box and subsequent to that. Here's a couple of investor letter pre& post Bauna acquisition:
