At this stage of implementation Linius only gets a set up and licensing fee which is recurring and probably is around $50-100k.
Linius provides a part of the technology, others provide complementary software and data and so the revenue gained from these highlights is distributed among all involved.
The only rate that I know is $0.0002 per minute which would take 5000 minutes to make a $1 but remember the worldwide activity and so it would soon add up but that is why volume is important.
I believe Magnifi and Avid are B2B and sell to clients and publishers in the case of Magnifi
In addition, revenue share and other contract arrangements.
