S04 went under:
KLL: have high debt, low revenue and Im very worried about their debt in an environment with increasing interest rates
SHP: too early too tell if its good or not but seems low grade and wont be operational for years and years

Really hope KLL can get it toghether and start paying down that debt so it wont join S04

room for error.
