It's competitive out there.
I believe what we have seen so far in board and management changes is transitional ( I'm not close enough to actually know ).
Better this path than an EGM and blood on the streets.

The old guard simply did not cut it, IMHO.
Maybe 10 years ago, but Roger was now all but retired and living in Scotland.
Much better servicing PAA in a consultancy capacity.
The new guard ... well let's see where we finish up.
Appointments made by MT certainly made the grade.
MPL is ahead of anything Samsara Therapeutics has to offer - at the moment.
If the mission is to develop Pharmaust into a true MedTech in Neurodegenerative Diseases , then the board simply has to reflect that - and it didn't.
Otherwise, we were simply preparing MPL for sale, and PAA was the entity that facilitated that sale.
