There's no obligation to release the formula. Sure it would be interesting to see and the extra transparency would be nice but it wouldn't really change anything. The main thing is that people with larger existing holding are rewarded for that (even though I have what is almost certainly a relatively small holding).
You'll find out soon what you will get and you will get a refund for the extra, just like the offer document explains.
