I agree that their desired buyout figure is over 5 billion USD. In response to a question, Vinnie briefly outlined his previous big deals of 2B and 5B, and smilingly said they were going in a certain trajectory… Vinnie also made the point the key to the 2B deal was they had developed a whole platform for drug sales etc, and for the 5B deal the point of difference was the novel drug in class. He didn't say it, but I reckon his pearly white grin strongly implied with Sofdra we have both, the advertising, distribution and sales platform, PLUS the novel best in class drug… 2 + 5 =7 billion? The other bit that was funny, when they were asked about the maths being correct around projected sales on 1% market share was, it seemed like they were almost trying not to laugh at the idea of such small numbers… They were super professional and very impressive, but that is how I read the vibe. GLTAH.
