You're correct @lesv. But it's pointless arguing with the space cadet, he gets his research from the SYA threads - and we all know how badly they get it wrong over there!.

Even it's claim of 'widespread protesting' is way off the mark. If he actually viewed the GC mtgs, it would appreciate that the 'dorothy dixes' supposedly flying the flag in protest - couldn't actually pronounce a lot of what was written for them. What's laughable is that they (SYA groupies) think the GC will have any power to stand in the way of this development - maybe they got their views from ringing the secretarial staff on the Council?
