I mean, if you think the fair value is around 70c Squizz, surely you'd welcome a bid? If you assume a 30% premium what's that like 56c or something?? thats getting towards your 70c target and frankly I don't think the market it going to be repricing these sort of companies organically for at least two to three years. Regarding a class action, I think too much water has gone under the bridge since 2022 - the non bank sector has completely changed: lost growth valuations (now profitability only), NIM is hurting all round and interest rates are not falling as fast as we hoped they would plus LFS is in all sorts of strife (impacting share holders had the deal gone through).
