Phase 1 is of course all about safety and hence only healthy volunteers, BUT one bonus may, just may, be that this phase 1 trial, particularly armed with CHDR's KLH, can perhaps tell us about potential benefts of IMP761 in healthy people, as an (auto)immune boost (?).

If conflict of interest (as a shareholder of the company) was/is not an issue, I happily put my hand up as a volunteer for phase 1. I have previously been a healthy volunteer in medical research that I was part of (the research group) myself but that was not (part of) a commercial entety and my own data was anonymised. But I don't think they will have any difficulty filling 49 healthy volunteers, specially given excellent safety records of Lag-3.
