DFS is needed before debt funding but the offtake is scheduled to be finalised before the DFS.
I haven’t seen a specific date for the offtake but the investor presentation Gantt/timetable seems to show the offtake is expected some time this month or in early June.
Then again, I can’t imagine too many companies will want to sign off an offtake until they understand these expected new EV tariffs being announced tonight our time in the U.S.
