What’s everyone’s views on the cash flows for this business? I initially liked this business but recently re analysed the cash flows.
After they pay their suppliers and employees they have very little and even negative net operating cash flow. I noted they also borrowed heavily to pay a big interim dividend recently, otherwise they wouldn’t have been able to pay it at all.
I note they have high ROE and a good management but what are people attracted to in this business? I recently sold out.
