I like the fact that they have essentially said. We encountered unstable ground, we did the work and have both, improved the mining rate and our belief in the ability to do it ourselves. In terms of mining that's a hell of an achievement or even claim. It bodes extremely well for the move to the sections they have just explored, added to resources and move to reach them.

In fact that claim not only bodes well for the sections on their leases. It says regarding other leases they choose to merge with, takeover or take on. We have high skilled levels know how to mine (underground). I see people like Raleigh Finlayson and Brminco (the latter of which I have a holding in Perenti) making a lot of and money out of this highly desired ability.
