For Rajen and the compnay to restore image, they need to

follow the book audited by KPMG or similar

deliver revenue growth without hanky and panky

they need to make the company attractive and ensure that SHs are happy

ensure Rajen and the new ceo work together to executed the collagen and other projects

ensure Rajen and the new ceo comply with ASIC and the ASX

ensure Rajen and the new ceo need stop taking money through backdoor

ensure Rajen and the new ceo give value to the shares they hold, which they can legally do in the form making the compnay Shares attractive, and/or giving dividends

ensure Rajen and the new ceo work together to clean the slates of Rajen for Rajen to lead the compnay if at after 4 years

build good relationship with the SHs

take efforts to increase the share price to a point when/where the SHs are/will be confident about the capability of the new ceo who can execute more than commitments

avoid all bluff

increase public relations to attarct new institutional investors

ensure check and balance to avoid sucking money throuhg backdoor or any other means

be transparent to the SHs and ASIC through regular audit by experts knowing their business well

ASIC has done a very good job. The company (HCT) is expected to show good performance for the top holders including Rajen and the new ceo to gain values out of their shares.

The amount of shares the Dr owned was only for use to vorte through everthing he wanted passing, the money siffend off through other chnnels was worth multiple of the shares he owns.....This will not stop, making money throughthe back door will earn him much more than trying to build share holder wealth, this cannot be stopped as it is legeal what they are doing
