Great that you still found the old version of the presentation with Google, in the current one all time specifications are now missing ....

I couldn't read any announcement from European Lithium or Critical Metals that they submitted the EIA documents to the authorities on time in April.

The fact that things are now moving forward on site should be positive .....or not?

Shouldn't the shareholders not be aware of such a submission?

A friend has contacted the responsible authority (Albert Kreiner, Head of Department 7 - Economy, Tourism and Mobility)
and received the following reply.

"Dear Mr ...

With regard to your enquiry concerning the submission of the documents required for the EIA assessment procedure, please be advised that the project applicant has submitted the required documents; an official review of these documents is currently being carried out.
No binding statements can be made at this time regarding the further timing of this official procedure, as this depends on the outcome of the technical review."

At the following e-mail address, any shareholder could have asked the responsible authority about the submission of the EIA....but when I posted the newspaper article here, it was ignored and even the local mayor was insulted as unimportant, because he had requested an EIA
