So true. I'm new to KAR, so closer to the 2nd school of thought. I am more than happy for dividends, but would hate to get dividend- likely unfranked, pay full tax on it, and just to see us Cap raise later to fund an expansion if oil price comes off and cashflow is impacted. Hopefully Julian dances a nice balance between growth and free cash flow to get best of both worlds. Not easy in oil when everything is so capital intensive.
