MLM is unable to respond until DRX formally issues it's Bidders Statement. MLM then has 15 days to respond. In the meantime MLM is in 'no where land' with regard to getting on with their job and burning money unnecessarily.
I think what we are seeing is DRX in operation, nothing happens quickly, probably running around like headless chooks.
