Page 21 shows the very low contribution ELD's Queensland/Northern Territory operations made to EBIT - only $3.9 million, down 63 per cent.
Maybe this was partly due to floods affecting horticulture? I had thought Queensland had been fairly to very wet.
The Qld performance was worse than Western Australia as the latter "only" declined 53 per cent.
But even NSW and Victoria declined 33 per cent, so nowhere was good.
