I am hoping for a different outcome. I want the company to raise as little as needed. To improve my position as I had a very small residual investment , I bought a chunk on market and took up.the offer as well.
I think it will be low as a lot here dont want to take more risk on offices - thesec are not the average office and yet everyone is running towards the Goodman style industrial park.
I am hoping for no more than a third take up.
