As in standard use of the term precipitation = rain.
(Which causes growth).

Or you could mean preceded by (before but not causally related).

But I'm guessing neither. I think you actually mean
'these massive rises are generally followed by a massive sell off'.

And I guess that turns on the facts of the situation. Hard to get a read on ERW.
Would Gina or SQM be necessarily desperate to add to their resource?
Given that AZS has not even fully declared the resource I don't get the urgency.
