Day 5?? - I'd say there's absolutely no need for applying pressure just yet .... congratulations and best wishes are more appropriate than "pressure" at this early juncture.
The board will work hard to continue building on the foundation created (with Tom still turning up to assist)... they are directors, not magicians.
I believe these blokes will be methodical, efficient and effective, but just like Tom, they have to work within the constraints that exist for our company (graphite market, Madagascan gov't, macro economy, ETC ETC).
Certainly excited about this new phase.
...and I think they, the NEW BOARD, will be very keen to release their first big Announcement.
