I think now that we have the mining plant sorted with a significantly reduced time to production, obviously the For Sale price has now gone up 3x to 5x as more things gets ticked off the list of issues discussed previously. Next is road and Adina licence fast track
If it was $2.50 for a TO before you can work out the new price if a TO were to happen later. Once Renard deal is settled i think we are worth $5 to $6, add on road and Adina mining license it would be like $7.50 to $10 valuation.
