I wonder what the ASX will make of it all, that will be the proof of the pudding so to speak. It doesn't matter too much what financial state the merged entity will be in, it matters more what potential it has for taking the business further, is there real growth possible and it will take a lot of time, but time flies. We can do nothing till due diligence is over and we get to vote if it gets to that point, how long will all that take gosh? Nothing is certain yet, all the terms have to be laid out by lots of meetings with lawyers, watch this space i guess...
